“Horse thief” Kelley and his camera: A rare photographic look at Aspen area children, dogs, working people, families, ranches, mines, horses, etc., at the turn of the century.

An early Aspen photographer was James Kelly. Glass negatives of his were found in the house on Aspen’s Main Street that belonged to him and later to his daughter, Bertha Kelly Masterson.  Janet Landry published a book entitled “Horse thief Kelly and His Camera” in   Horse Thief Kelly video
