Andy Taylor has lived and painted in Western Colorado for the past 20 years. Most of his beautiful landscapes feature expansive views from the Colorado Plateau, and others feature more intimate small scenes. Originating from plein air sketches, Andy’s paintings create a sense of place, while exploring color, form, and rhythm.
The artist mixes a representational style with a remarkable ability to also show what he is feeling. Andy shows at the Ann Korologos Gallery in Basalt.
