Carbondale is an “arts” town, and is a central hub of arts activity in the Roaring Fork Valley from Aspen to Rifle. In 2012, we were the recipients of the Governor’s Art Award for our commitment to arts and creativity. Our Mountain Fair celebrates art in all forms of expression, and is known for a diverse range of arts and crafts, non-stop entertainment, great food and an amazing spirit.
The Drum Circle at the Carbondale Mountain Fair has become an institution in the Valley for years.
