Owner Michael Shandling, cousin of world-renowned comedian Garry Shandling, has funneled the family sense of humor onto T-shirts. The end result is a famous souvenir shop popular with tourists. The T-shirts are all neatly aligned along the walls in the manner of paintings at an art gallery, giving the shop an immediate “this-place-is-different” look. With the exception of the Aspen logo shirts most, if not all, have humorous slants to them both literally and pictorially. In addition to T-shirts there are also sweats, caps and popular comedic doormats.
