Welcome to Aspen Brownie Works. Every delicious bite of our handcrafted brownies begins with real ingredients – chocolate from Ghirardelli, farm-fresh eggs, real creamery butter, and pure cane sugar. We like to think our brownies are perfect. We think you will too: they’re rich, they’re fudgy, and they’re melt-in-your-mouth irresistible. We bake them at 8000 feet, in Aspen, Colorado, in a mountainside kitchen that’s sunny and smells wonderful. It’s a classic, Rocky Mountain artisan setting – perhaps the ideal place to bake brownies – and our own little cloud nine.
