Our focus is to provide a comfortable venue for families and people of all ages to enjoy high-quality food and service, spirits, draft beer, thoughtfully selected wines and bourbons. We intend to become known as the best food value in our area, and the neighborhood destination for a variety of occasions. We offer bar seating, spacious booths, summer patio dining and catering.
Smoke Modern Barbeque is a restaurant where the genuine enjoyment and care of our guests is paramount. We strive to ensure that time spent with us will provide great entertainment and dining value, and a home away from home sense of well-being. We achieve this by working as a family/team to achieve our goals with the highest sense of honesty and approachability. As one of the earliest tenants/businesses in the Willits Town Center, we look forward to being an active part of the neighborhood and valley communities.
We are a neighborhood-oriented, made from scratch, casual restaurant. The feel will is young, hip transcending the perception of BBQ restaurants past. Serving a variety of draft and bottled microbrews representing local breweries and popular brews from great BBQ regions (Texas, the Carolinas, Memphis/Arkansas and Kansas City) we feature an approachable wine list and a full line of spirits. The menu is driven by the chefs and their Southern roots, the Great American BBQ traditions as well as seasonal and regional products.
