A harmonious blend of New American cuisine, gracious service and elegant atmosphere.
Aspen’s most original dining establishment, Syzygy, has moved to Restaurant Row, where it’s raised the bar on an already superlative blend of unforgettable New American cuisine and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant owes its namesake to the alignment of three or more heavenly bodies. The astronomical phenomenon finds its earthly counterpart at this favorite Aspen haunt, where inspired cuisine, impeccable service and a chic atmosphere join together to form a rare and delightful experience.
In Syzygy’s central location on Hopkins Avenue, patrons descend via a grand staircase into a warm, candlelit setting organized around a centerpiece bar where floor-to-ceiling wine racks showcase more than 600 international wines. Expect a warm reception from local owner, Walt Harris and Maitre’D extraordinaire Charles Fillion. Syzygy’s hand picked wines comprise a pointedly non-elitist wine list drawing from a myriad of countries and certain to complement any flavor and accommodate all tastes.
An evening at the vibrant Syzygy is staged in four harmonious venues. Sip an espresso martini fireside in the stylish Lounge, savor a light bite in the Bar Room, indulge your palate in an oversized booth in the Dining Room or host a private dinner surrounded by wines in the Wine Room. Syzygy is a stunning location for private occasions of all sizes. What hasn’t changed is Syzygy’s artfully nouvelle cuisine. Under the leadership of Executive Chef, Keith Theodore and Chef de Cuisine, Nick Melbourne, the intricate flavors and unexpected combinations continue to draw diners from around the country.
Enjoy live Jazz and late night dancing on select evenings.
