Here at Zheng we have one basic philosophy that started with Henry and I and it has been engrained in our restaurants ever since. It’s quite simple really: where others seek to say no, our answer is yes, now what’s your question?
When Henry created our menu he chose combinations that work well together, such as shrimp in coconut sauce or pork with ginger. However he has made it clear that our customers should feel free to ask for any substitutions. If our kitchen has the ingredients and they work together, we’ll drop them in the wok and deliver your customized meal, or we’ll discuss with you how to better make your substitutions happen.
